What company will deliver my order?

Our products are shipped with the following providers: TNT Post, DHL, GLS, GEL, UPS and Hermes.

We will choose the shipping provider based on product, size and quantity.
It’s not possible for you to choose the provider yourself.

What are the shipping costs?

You can find details of our shipping costs by puting the item in our basket and fill in your adres.

Please note that the shipping costs for a given order depend on destination country as well as product type and quantity.

Shipping information

As soon as your product is ready for shipping, you should receive a shipping notification Email at the address you provided when ordering. If you haven’t received this notification after 5 days please check your spam folder.

Production and delivery times

Orders enter production as soon as the payment is received.
It takes 2-3 working days. Orders including products from different categories (e.g. canvas and acrylic prints) may be shipped out in separate deliveries.

Estimated shipping times vary between destination countries. 


Please note that delays in delivery are possible, and we have no control over the speed of delivery once the order has been picked up.

The delivery address I gave is incorrect or has changed. What should I do?

Please contact info@lowlandgallery.com with the correct delivery address.
Please note however that changes to delivery details are not always possible once an order has been placed.

Once your order has shipped we are unable to make changes to your delivery information, so we would ask you to contact the shipping provider directly.

Can I check the status of my shipment?

As soon as your order is dispatched you’ll receive a shipping confirmation Email with your tracking details.

What should I do if I am not at home for the delivery?

If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the courier company will keep hold of your package and leave a message. The courier will organise a delivery on the following business day or leave the package with a neighbour or at a parcel depot in your area.

If you know in advance that you will not be at home on that day you can call the courier directly and agree on a different delivery date.

How much time do I have to pick up my package from the parcel depot?

If the courier has left your package at a collection point because you were not at home when delivery was attempted, you have up to 9 working days to collect the parcel.

If the package is not collected within the specified time period it will be returned to us.
Please note that in such cases any re-delivery will be at your expense.



What should I do if my item is damaged?

If your product is damaged, please take a few photos of the delivered item (including packaging) with the damage visible and send them to info@lowlandgallery.com

Please include the order number in your Email
We kindly ask you not to return any damaged items.

What should I do if the product accessories I ordered are damaged?

If your accessories are defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

What should I do if part of my order is missing?

Please note that products with different packaging requirements are shipped separately, so your order could arrive in as many as 3 separate deliveries.

In the unlikely event that all your deliveries have arrived, but part of your order is still missing, please contact us.


What is the canvas material made of?

Our canvas prints are made from a high-quality polyester fabric which is specially designed for HP latex printing. We use high-quality pine for the frame.

What is the print quality like?

Your photo is printed on high-quality art canvas with special HP Latex Inks that are guaranteed colourfast for 75 years. HP Latex Inks deliver brilliant colours and bring out the very finest detail in your photo image.

Are the canvas prints moisture-resistant?

For ecological and health-protection reasons, our canvas prints are printed exclusively with solvent-free inks. This does mean that they can be sensitive to moisture. With this in mind, please avoid hanging your prints in rooms with high humidity levels such as bathrooms. Please also ensure that cloths used to wipe your prints are no more than slightly damp.

Will the canvas arrive already attached to the frame?

Yes, your print will arrive with the canvas stretched on the frame and attached securely at the back, completely ready to hang.
